		<description>To be honest, when it comes to PHP I haven&#039;t had to play with those features too much. I&#039;ve been scripting in Dreamweaver so long without those features available that to date I haven&#039;t made much use of them. For debugging I&#039;ve always learned to compartmentalize my scripts and debug by running them on a testing server. I know that isn&#039;t the best way anymore but it&#039;s gotten me a long ways so far. As for JAVA and C/C++ I have a few ideas, but I&#039;ll save those for another post.</description>

I&#039;d be interested to find out what your thoughts are around some of the other IDE features like debugging, refactoring, and profiling and if they would be of value for PHP development?  Looks like based on your must-haves, a text editor (TextMate, Coda, etc...) would be more appropriate.</description>
